Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 20, 2026

Diamond Blue Pool Service ("Diamond Blue," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at diamondbluepools.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or requesting a quote, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a free quote or otherwise contact us, you may provide:

  • Your name
  • Phone number and email address
  • Your city, neighborhood, or service address
  • Details about your pool (size, condition, features) and any message you send us

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our analytics and advertising partners may automatically collect:

  • Your device and browser type, and general location (such as city or region)
  • Pages you view, links you click, and how you arrived at the site
  • Your IP address and similar technical identifiers, collected through cookies and tracking pixels (see Cookies & tracking technologies)

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your quote requests and questions, and provide pool service
  • Contact you about your service, scheduling, and pricing
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our website
  • Measure how our website and advertising are performing
  • Show relevant ads to people who have visited our site (see below)
  • Comply with the law and protect our legal rights

3. Quote requests & form provider

Our "Request a Free Quote" forms are powered by ResponsiBid, a third-party quoting tool. When you submit a form, the information you enter is transmitted to and stored by ResponsiBid on our behalf so we can prepare and send you a quote. ResponsiBid processes this information according to its own privacy practices.

We use the contact details you submit only to follow up about your quote and pool service. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

4. Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies and small tracking scripts ("pixels") to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may set cookies in your browser and collect technical information like the pages you visit and your device type.

Meta Pixel (Facebook & Instagram)

We use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. It helps us see whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to quote requests, and it lets us show ads to people who have visited our website. The Meta Pixel may collect your activity on our site and associate it with your Meta account if you have one. You can learn more and manage your ad preferences in Meta's privacy and ad settings.

Google Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect usage information in aggregate. You can opt out across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers: with companies that help us run the business and website — such as our quote-form provider (ResponsiBid), analytics, and advertising partners — who may use it only to provide services to us.
  • Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Diamond Blue, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfer: in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business assets.

6. Your choices

  • Cookies: most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Some site features may not work as well if you do.
  • Advertising: you can manage ad targeting through your Meta account settings and through industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance.
  • Contact preferences: if we have your information and you would like us to update or delete it, or stop contacting you, call or text us at 480-283-5136.

7. Data retention

We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide pool service, and meet our legal and business obligations. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. Security of your information

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Information submitted through our website is transmitted over an encrypted (SSL) connection. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

10. Email communications

If you contact us or request a quote, we may email or text you about your service, scheduling, pricing, and occasional announcements or offers. If you would like to stop receiving promotional messages, just reply asking to unsubscribe, or call or text us at 480-283-5136, and we will remove you from those communications.

11. Children's privacy

Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
